2. His time is valuable, so he should charge me accordingly.
3. He withdraws his expenses and other charges at the ATM at will.
4. He never has to show any gratitude, but he should expect ample gratitude from me for any attention he gives me.
5. He never apologises as he always has good reason, but should expect I make up for any shortcoming on my part.
