Logging in and staying logged in
Fixes for "it keeps sending me back to the login page" and other sign-in problems.
Log in at /login with your username (or email) and password. If you keep getting bounced back to the login page, it's almost always a cookie problem, not your password.
Keep getting sent back to login?
- Make sure you're using https://masterscash.com (no
www.). Bookmarks to the old address can leave two conflicting login cookies in your browser. - Clear cookies for masterscash.com (or open a private/incognito window) and log in again.
- Turn off any extension that blocks cookies for this site.
If your browser already has two login cookies, the site now detects that and clears both automatically on the next page load — just log in once more.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password. We email a reset link to the address on your account; open it and choose a new password at /reset. The link expires, so use it soon after it arrives. Check spam if it doesn't show up within a few minutes.
No access to your email anymore?
Open a support ticket from the Contact category and include your username and roughly when you joined so we can verify it's you.
