We've been listening to your feedback, and one thing is clear: the quality of the chatroom is a top priority. Lately, an increase in drama, arguing, and disruptive behavior has made the chat a place many of you, are choosing to avoid. When members avoid chat, the entire community suffers, and no one wins.
To address this and restore the chatroom to a place of productive and enjoyable interaction, we are implementing a new, automated moderation system.
Meet chatbot
Effective immediately, a new user named chatbot will be a permanent presence in our chatroom. It's important to understand what chatbot is and what it is not.
chatbot is not a person, and it will not talk, interact, or engage in conversations. It is an automated tool designed for one purpose: to clean up the chat and enforce our community standards swiftly and without bias.
How It Works: No Warnings, No Drama
The old way of handling issues involved warnings and debates about who started what. That ends now. chatbot operates on a simple, direct principle:
- No warnings.
- No arguments.
- No "who started it."
If chatbot takes action, it's because a rule is being broken. The action itself is the only message that will be sent.
What Will chatbot Be Doing?
chatbot will be automatically and silently:
- Cleaning the Userlist: Removing duplicate usernames and users who are logged in more than once.
- Diffusing Arguments: When an argument becomes out of control,
chatbotwill clear the entire chat conversation to give everyone a fresh start. - Removing Disruptive Users: It will temporarily remove users who are involved in:
- Disrespectful behavior (from slaves to masters, or masters to other masters).
- Scrolling the chat and being disrptive
- Any discussion about minors, this includes image uploads ( This could resort in a ban )
- Harassing other members, including harassment other Masters that are gay.
- Interfering in a scene or "cash rape" between another master and their slave without permission.
- Being overly disrespectful to a slave who has stated their limits.
- Disrespect towards mods
- And any of the chat rules we already have in place.
What This Means for You
If you see the chat suddenly clear, or if you are removed from the room for a moment, don't take it personally. It simply means you were involved in a situation that violated the rules. Consider it a firm but fair nudge to stop the behavior and reset.
Our goal is to get back to what MastersCash is all about. A certain level of dominance and roleplay is expected and encouraged, but it must be built on a foundation of respect. At the end of the day, this is a chatroom, and we expect everyone to treat it as such. We will still have mods in the chat, nothing has changed, but this way it takes some of the pressure from them.

NOTE: We do understand that banter between Masters is just that and its not presonal. We dont want to make chat any less fun. Try and understand its just text and its not that big of a deal all of the time. You can block members that you dont want to see.
