Respecting ownership on masterscash

Community Policy
RESPECTING OWNERSHIP ON MASTERSCASH
Ownership only means something when everyone respects it.

One of the foundations of MastersCash is the owner/slave dynamic. For that dynamic to have meaning, ownership must be respected by everyone in the community.

Effective immediately, if a slave is owned, their profile must accurately identify their current owner. This gives other Masters a clear way to know when someone is already committed to another dynamic.

👑
NEW “OWNED” BADGE

To make ownership status clear and eliminate confusion, MastersCash will soon introduce an Owned profile badge. It will be available to all upgraded members at no additional cost. Members without an upgraded account can also purchase the badge separately.

Once released, the Owned badge will be required for anyone who wishes to publicly display an ownership relationship. It clearly identifies that a slave is owned and displays the owner’s username on the profile, making it easy for other Masters to recognize and respect that relationship.

NO POACHING

When a slave’s profile clearly identifies a current owner through the required Owned badge, other Masters are expected to respect that relationship.

Knowingly attempting to recruit, solicit, purchase from, or otherwise interfere with an owned slave without the owner’s consent is considered poaching and may result in disciplinary action.

Likewise, slaves are expected to honor the ownership they’ve voluntarily entered into. A slave who knowingly violates their agreement by paying or engaging with another Master without their owner’s consent may also face disciplinary action.

WHAT HAPPENS OFF-SITE?

MastersCash cannot govern what consenting adults do away from the site. However, our community standards still apply to conduct that directly affects the integrity of MastersCash. For example:

If an owned slave independently contacts another Master off-site and sends tribute without that Master knowing the slave is owned, the responsibility primarily rests with the slave.
If a Master knows a slave is owned and encourages, solicits, or accepts tribute to interfere with that ownership, that is a violation of MastersCash policy — even if the communication occurred off-site.

Simply moving a conversation to another platform does not exempt users from our standards when the conduct directly undermines relationships established on MastersCash.

How Violations Are Handled

Every report is reviewed individually. We consider all available evidence — profile information, messages, payment records when voluntarily provided, and whether the Master knew the slave was owned. Depending on the circumstances, disciplinary action may include:

⚠️ A formal warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent removal for repeated or intentional violations
Our Goal

These policies aren’t intended to control people’s personal lives. They exist to preserve trust within the community and protect the integrity of the ownership dynamic that many members value.

HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS
If you become owned, honor it. If you pursue an owned slave knowing they belong to another Master, expect to be held accountable. Respect, honesty, and integrity make this community stronger for everyone.
