How We Treat New Members - IMPORTANT READ TO AVOID BAN

How We Treat New Members

First impressions matter.

Every Master and every slave who joins this site eventually walks into the chatroom for the first time. They don’t know anyone. They don’t know the history. They don’t know the personalities. They’re simply trying to figure out if this is a place they want to spend their time.

What they should not be met with is a firing squad.

Let me make something crystal clear:

We are not here to haze new members.
We are not here to gang up on new members.
We are not here to run new members off before they’ve even had a chance to say hello.

This is one of the fastest ways to earn yourself a ban on MastersCash.

I don’t care if the member is a Master or a slave. I don’t care if you think it’s funny. I don’t care if you’ve been here for ten years.

If a new member walks into chat and your first instinct is to tell them they’re stupid, call them names, tell them you hope they die, or immediately start attacking them — you’re the problem.

Not them.

This is a domination site. We all understand that. Masters are going to dominate. Slaves are going to submit. People are going to joke around, bust balls, talk trash, and have fun. That’s part of the culture.

But there is a huge difference between having fun and trying to run somebody out of the room.

Once a member gets comfortable, gets to know people, and becomes part of the community, that’s different. By that point people know each other. They understand the personalities. They understand when somebody is joking. Most of us have been around long enough to take a little trash talk.

A brand-new member doesn’t know any of that. All they know is how they were treated during their first few minutes here.

Every long-time member on this site was new once. Every respected Master was new once. Every loyal slave was new once. Somebody gave all of us the opportunity to find our place here.

New members deserve that same opportunity.

You don’t have to like everyone. You don’t have to agree with everyone. You don’t have to become friends with everyone.

But you will treat new members with basic respect when they enter this room. After that, let things develop naturally. If they stick around, they’ll learn the personalities. They’ll learn the jokes. They’ll learn the culture. But they need a chance to get there first.

MastersCash has survived 15 years because people found a place they wanted to come back to.

Let’s keep it that way.
